Revelation 3:10 says: "Because you have persevered in your faith I will spare you from the hour of trial which shall come upon the world." Born-again believers WILL be spared the Tribulation and THAT is a promise from God! It is, however, biblical. 1 Thess chapter 4 and 5 call the rapture "the day of the Lord" And Jesus explains that day, where the sun and moon are darkened, as being at the end of the tribulation.Anonymoushttps://www.blogger.com/profile/11857430334334701603noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-8196357958039257138.post-27552539605445314892013-10-06T09:29:26.310-07:002013-10-06T09:29:26.310-07:00Everyone has an opinion and some go so far as to j...Everyone has an opinion and some go so far as to justify their opinion with Scripture in hopes of certifying their viewpoint as superior to other opinions. Some resort to suggesting that Christians should look to instructions given by the Lord to jews as justification of opinions. Others attempt to define the audience to whom certain Biblical messages were directed in order to clarify reliance in instruction for basing opinion. The opinion that claims a pre-tribulation rapture may be correct, or it may be misguided. The truth is that people must rely upon the Lord for the trust they establish in interpreting the Word, and most definitely, regardless of opinions about interpretations, we all rely exclusively upon the Love of God and the provision He has always promised and provided for us.Anonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-8196357958039257138.post-40766914597667360932010-08-07T19:28:49.904-07:002010-08-07T19:28:49.904-07:00Thank you, Mr. Ortiz, for your fascinating review ...Thank you, Mr. Ortiz, for your fascinating review with illustrations. I agree that spiritual preparation for what lies ahead is by far the most important thing a Christian should think about and put into daily practice. As I recall, when the Lord fed the children of Israel in the wilderness He would provide just enough food at the right time - not too much (which would encourage hoarding) and not too little. It was just the right amount. This is the walk of faith and, as the Word says, we walk by faith and not by sight. Thanks again, Brother, for your apt and refreshing thoughts on this topic and your perceptive and godly way of looking at things. Lord bless. RubenAnonymousnoreply@blogger.com
